The 15-yard is the working size for garage, attic and basement cleanouts, bathroom updates, yard cleanup and fence or deck debris. It gives you solid capacity without taking over the whole driveway, which is why it suits shorter timelines and tighter residential lots.
The 20-yard is for the bigger and bulkier jobs: home renovation debris, roofing and remodeling, flooring removal, estate and foreclosure cleanouts, commercial cleanouts and construction debris. Delivery, placement and pickup: what to plan for the driveway
You tell us about the project: what the debris is, where the container needs to go and which day you want it. We schedule delivery around your timeline and set the dumpster in an accessible spot whenever possible, so before the truck arrives, walk the property and decide where it should sit.
Clear the approach. A container needs a straight, open path in, and the spot you choose should be somewhere you can load from without carrying debris a long way. A cleanout loads faster when the dumpster is near the door, and a renovation runs cleaner when it sits close to the work.
Then you load at your own pace. Rental periods run from one day to one month, so a weekend purge and a longer remodel can both fit. What goes in, and when junk removal is the better call
The dumpsters take non-hazardous cleanup debris: household junk, furniture, boxes and bagged debris, wood and lumber, drywall, flooring and roofing materials, yard cleanup debris and general property or commercial cleanout waste. Tires, paint, chemicals, biohazards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and medical waste stay out. If you are unsure about an item, call before you load it.
A dumpster is the right tool when you want to do the loading yourself, or when a project will keep producing debris over days. If you would rather not lift anything, that is a different job.
